Return and Refund Policy

If a product arrives damaged due to shipping, notify us within 7 days of receipt. Include a photo of damage to the product (required) and packaging (if possible). If a replacement cannot be provided, a refund will be offered.
Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless an item is advertised as free shipping.
We do make an effort to find the most economical shipping method.Custom Orders are exempt from Free Shipping, unless otherwise noted.
